Well done article. I likewise have made similar observations since his first term in office. It is ghastly that those in the “Church” have lined up just about lock-step with him, almost to the point of selling their souls for him. Somebody in christian leadership decided that our president needed to be compared to cyrus, and as a result, that is the label that stuck. Imagine, if the “church” can be so easily swayed and taken in now, then what can be expected when the antichrist comes on the scene? Will he also be able to win over these same people with his silver tongue?

Trump is a modern day Nebuchadnezzar.
Daniel, chapter 3, possibly paints a picture of end times events. Nebuchadnezzar set up an image of a golden obelisk to be worshiped, which represents wealth, power and his masculinity, not hard to imagine Trump wanting to do the same to the Washington Monument soon. The rulers he calls together represent his enablers, the sycophants and wannabes, who do all they can to ensure his reign. Trump’s belittling of those who question him is the coming idea of his wanting not to be questioned but to bow down to worship him. “Then the herald cried aloud, To you it is commanded, O peoples, nations and languages, – you will bow down and worship.” Daniel 3:4-5 The Chaldeans represent the false church, the snitches, who oppose the true church. 3:8-12
And finally, the military, who will die for him thinking they are doing service to God by killing true Christians. John 16:2.
